She was predeceased by: her great grandchild Callen Gentry; her son-in-law Warren Hartley; her parents, William Miller and Lulu Mae Miller (King); her brother Harold Miller; and her husband Dwaine G. Gentry.
She is survived by: her children, Janice Hartley of Laurens and Dale Gentry (Lynne) of Rockwell City; and her grandsons, Damon Gentry (Shelly) of Ankeny and Nathan Gentry (Emily) of Rockwell City. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
