She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ralph McDowell and Rose Ann "Neis" McDowell; her husband Courtney "Cork" Kuhlemeier; her son Brett (Deborah Kuhlemeier); her grandchildren, Connor (Olivia), Collin, Clayton, Cooper and Camden Kuhlemeier; her siblings, Cathi Fortney (Chuck) of Fort Dodge, IA, Jim McDowell (Claudia) of Bullhead City, AZ and Jerry McDowell (Kim) of Mason City, Iowa.; her children, Justin Arthur and Darcy Lynn Kuhlemeier; and her sister Connie Rewerts.
