He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Levenhagen and Mary Levenhagen (Worley); his sister Lori; and his father-in-law Robert Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn (Anderson); his daughter Vanessa (Brian) of Davenport, Iowa.; his grandsons, Noah and Luke; his siblings, Kathy, Randy (Deb) and Diana (George); his mother-in-law Wilma Anderson; and his sister-in-law Diana Reinsmoen (Donavon). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
