He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Markley and Ida Mary Biggs (O'Rourke); his wife Donna Schutz; his siblings, Henry Biggs, Robert Biggs, Earl Biggs, Elma Dow, Gladys Waters, Irene Biggs, Sylvia Pahl and Evelyn Hogan; his siblings-in-law, Clayton Waters, Mel Pahl, Don Hogan and Bonnie Biggs; and his nephew Jeff Biggs.
He is survived by: his children, Glennys Engleman (Bruce) of Cascade, IA and Markley Biggs (Kathy) of Rockford; his grandchildren, Brianne Engleman of Hampton, Bobbi Burg (Brent) of Town, Trevor Biggs (Kelsey) of Ames, Kacie Abell (Justin) of Dougherty and Jessica Chambers (Justin) of Nora Springs; his great grandchildren, Ethan, Miles Burg, Henry Biggs, Austin, Jordan, Kayden, Addilyn, Huxton Abell, Leo and Lucas Chambers; and his brother James Biggs of Charles City. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
