He is survived by: his wife Berniece Smith; his children, Neil (Kristi Fullerton) and Carla (Dennis Stainbrook) of Monticello, MO; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, John Fullerton, Benjamin and Heather Stainbrook; and his siblings, Bill (Mona) of Des Moines and Rosemary Diaz of Kirkwood, MO.
