She was predeceased by: her parents, Pete Dekkers and Grace Dekkers (Haverhals); her brothers-in-law, Henry Van Grootheest and Andrew Jansma; and her nephew Marlin Van Grootheest.
She is survived by: her siblings, Pete Dekkers (Dianna), Wayne Dekkers (Edie), Lloyd Dekkers (Bonnie), Harry Dekkers (Pam), Verlyn Dekkers (Karel) and Toni Jansma. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
