He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Dorhout and Johanna Dorhout (DeRoon) of Rock Valley; and his siblings-in-law, Arletta Dorhout of Orange City and Ron Noteboom of Orange City. He is survived by: his wife Judi Dorhout (Mulder) of Rock Valley; his children, Carla Van Beek (Arlo) of Orange City, Joe Dorhout (Sherry) of Luverne, MN and Mark Dorhout (Nicole) of Panora; his grandchildren, Jennifer Bergsma (Todd) of Hawarden, Dana Pluim (Josh) of Alton, Chris Dorhout (Luz), Argentina, Jessica Wheeler (Dylan) of Sioux Falls, SD, Casey Dorhout (Val), Hunter Dorhout (Anna) of Papillion, NE and Johanna Dorhout of Lincoln, NE; his great grandchildren, Meghan, Connor, Brooklyn, Brennen, Andrew, Evelyn, Arthur, Lillian, Cameron and Bennett; and his siblings, Clarence Dorhout of Orange City and Joanne Niessen (Jerry) of Orange City.
