He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Koldenhoven and Christina Koldenhoven (Bos); his former wife Geraldine Eshuis; his grandson Justin Bousema; his father-in-law Wally Van Berkum; his brother George Koldenhoven; and his brother-in-law Gerald Huisman.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Peterson (Van Berkum); his children, Rick Koldenhoven (Sandi) of Rock Valley, Sheri Bousema (Ralph) of Rock Valley, Jeff Koldenhoven (Carla) of Rock Valley and Kristi Van Kekerix (Berwyn) of Rock Valley; his stepdaughters, Annie Hiller of Brandon and Jennifer DeJong (Scott) of Rock Valley; his mother-in-law Wesselina Van Berkum of Rock Valley; his sisters, Greta Huisman, Lois Johnson (Ken), Rachel Aanenson (Dennis) and Alice Waanders (Marvin); his sister-in-law Jean Koldenhoven; and also Bill Hiller of Colman. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, the family prefers memorials be given for Rock Valley Youth Wrestling or Rock Valley Clay Crushers.
