He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Treiber and Evelyn Treiber (Wasser); his sister LeAnn Swift; his brothers-in-law, James Vock and Benjamin "Bud" Brown; his nephew Jeff Vock; his great-nephew Eric Curiel; and also, Benjamin and Betty Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Becky; his children, Brian Treiber (Terri) and Tricia Diefendorf (Tom); his grandchildren, Jonathan Treiber (Dylan), Kory Diefendorf (Brook Benes), Katy Kirkebak (Joseph) and Madison McCreadie (Kaimana); his great grandchildren, Jamie Jane Kirkebak, Kollynns Marie Diefendorf and Charlie June Treiber; his sisters, Karen Vock and Cindy Lynott (Jim); and his brother-in-law Brian Swift (Ann). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
