He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Cecil Millikan and Ona Millikan (Peck); his spouse Alida Harskamp; his sons, Steve, Scott, Bruce and Brett; his daughters-in-law, Joan, Mary and Karen; his grandchildren, Amy, Kris, Sarah, Jennifer, Adam, Ciara and Joe; and his siblings, Ruth, Harvey, Russell and Carl.
