He is survived by: his friend Sandi Rae; his wife Sandi De Zeeuw (Kreykes) of Rock Valley; his children, Aaron Koldenhoven (Doretta, family: Hayden Koldenhoven, Anthony Ohl) of Cedar Falls and Aric Koldenhoven (Holly) of Rock Valley; his grandchildren, Emily, Autumn and Owen Koldenhoven; his daughter Amber Koldenhoven of Rock Valley; his grandchild Bentlee Baartman; his stepson Kent De Zeeuw (Camille) of Sheldon; his stepgranddaughters, Lillian and Violet De Zeeuw; his stepdaughter Kristi Wiersma (Brad) of Inwood; his stepgrandchild Brooklin Wiersma; his stepchild Karmen Voigt (Travis) of Sioux Falls; his stepgrandsons, Ezra and Jonah Voigt; his stepmother Mary Koldenhoven of Rock Valley; and his siblings, Sheri Bousema (Ralph) of Rock Valley, Jeff Koldenhoven (Carla) of Rock Valley, Kristi Van Kekerix (Berwyn) of Rock Valley, Annie Hiller of Brandon and Jen De Jong (Scott) of Rock Valley.
