We are sad to announce that on April 19, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Osborne Liaboe (Rock Valley, Iowa), born in Irene, South Dakota. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ole Liaboe and Clara Liaboe (Johnson); his wife Marilyn Andersen; his brother Wendell; and his sister-in-law Darlene Liaboe.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Liaboe (Gretchen) of Dubuque and Sonia Remmerde (Lyle) of Rock Valley; his grandchildren, Lauren Reynolds (Eric), Frederick Liaboe (Margaret), Chase Liaboe (Morgan Smith), Paul Remmerde (Stacy), Debra Leusink (Barry), Karin Rosman (Adam) and Angela Dorhout (Brandon); and his great grandchildren, Samuel, Avery, Eva Remmerde, Elijah, Noah Rosman, Myka, Finnley, Walker Leusink, Freddy Liaboe, Oliver Reynolds and Jude Dorhout. He is also survived by children, grand-children, great grand-children, and friends.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the state and federal guidance on gatherings of no more than 10 people, Ozzie's family will be holding a private family graveside service at Valley View Cemetery of Rock Valley on Wednesday, April 22 with Pastor Edward Pease officiating.
Memorials may be directed to Our Savior's Lutheran Church of Rock Valley.
