He was predeceased by: his grandfather Gerrit Klok; and his aunt Lauren Van. He is survived by: his parents, William Klok and Rachel Klok of Boyden; his brothers, Gerrit, Wade, Miles, Charles and Peter; his grandparents, Helen Klok of Picture Butte, Alberta, Hank and Laurie Van; his great-grandparents, Alyda Bleeker and Elizabeth Van; and his aunts and uncles, Jacky (Brian), Cora (Harry Van Maanen), Henk (Deanna Klok), Elina (Dwayne Van Maanen), Jerry (Marissa Klok), Krystle (Keith Schelling), Brian (Tiffany Van), Jonathan (Kimberly Van), Mark (Makenzi Van), Alyssa Van and Emily Van (Waal). He is also survived by 44 cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer memorials be donated to the Boyden Fire and Ambulance crews.
