She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Voorst and Alice Van Voorst (Vande Hoef); her husband John Bakker; her siblings, Hermina Van Bochove (Bill), Gertrude Van Beek (Henry), Hattie Rus (John), Priscilla Dibbet (Jack), John Van Voorst (Tillie), Richard Van Voorst and Gerrit Van Voorst (Johanna); her sister-in-law Freda Van Voorst; and also, Albert Bakker (Alice), Bernard Bakker, Henry Bakker, Dena Luttikhuizen (Martin) and Jennie De Kam (Clarence).
She is survived by: her children, Audrey Van Maanen (Dennis) of Hull, Fonda Chedester (Bob) of Sioux City, Karen Meyer (Gerald) of George, Gary Bakker (Joanne) of Hull, Mary Rozeboom (Gene) of Alvord, John Bakker (Sandra) of Rock Valley and Alan Bakker (Avis) of Hull; her brother Jake Van Voorst of Inwood, Iowa; her sister-in-law Dorothy Van Voorst of Marion, Iowa; and also, Angeline Hoogendoorn (Gilbert) of Rock Valley, Evelyn Bakker of Sioux Center and Leola Bakker of Hull. She is also survived by 34 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
