It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lyda Van Otterloo (Rock Valley, Iowa), born in Corsica, South Dakota, who passed away on February 11, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Van Otterloo; her granddaughters, Shawn Rozeboom and Missy Lange; and her siblings, Bill, Herm, John, Andrew, Hermina, Jen, Ruth and Martha.
She is survived by: her children, Rhonda Klarenbeek (Loren), Bonnie Davelaar (Bob), Cheryl Lange (Glenn), Don Van Otterloo (Josie), Lorri Schlotfeldt (Jerry), Rick Van Otterloo, Lisa Groeneweg and John Van Otterloo (Marlys); and her brothers, Sam and Jim. She is also survived by several brothers and sisters-in-law and nieces and nephews.
