He is survived by: his spouse Nelva Feekes; his children, Shad Kats (Melissa) of Hull, Misti Fykstra (Jason) of Boyden and Molly Kats of Sioux City; his grandchildren, Kerrigan, Jerad, Braeden Kats, Dustin Fykstra, Kyra Fykstra, Alisha Junge and Grace Junge; and his siblings, Ed Kats of Rock Valley, Gerrit Kats (Esther) of Rock Valley, Ken Kats (Hendrene) of Rock Valley, Alvin Kats (Evie) of Sheldon, Alta Groeneweg of Rock Valley, Betty Hoogendoorn (Arvin) of Rock Valley and Wanda Siebelink of Grandville.
