She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Bakker and Ada Bakker (Tilstra); her husband George Middle; her son Douglas Middle; her daughter-in-law Donna Middle; her siblings, Raymond Bakker (Bertha), Gerrit Bakker (Joyce), Syrus Bakker and Anna Tiedemann (Donald); and her siblings-in-law, Matilda Elwood (William), Herbert Middle (Mary Alice), Sidney Middle, Lawrence Middle and Duane Hord.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Baker (Conrad) of Canton, Kenneth Middle of Muscatine, Duane Middle (Lynn) of Rock Valley, Judy Ketcham (Greg) of Spirit Lake and Debra Middle of Sheldon, Iowa; and her sisters-in-law, Wilma Henderson (David), Sharon Hord, Mary Jo Middle, Dee Middle and Wanda Middle. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; 10 great-great-grandchildren.
