With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John Henry Vanden Bos of Rock Valley, Iowa, who passed away on November 23, 2022 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Bos and Nellie Vanden Bos (Visscher); his wife Caroline Sybesma; his sisters, Elmira De Lange and Bernice Jaeger; and his brothers-in-law, Marlowe De Lange and Harold Jaeger.

He is survived by: his children, James Vanden Bos (Rachelle) of Rock Valley and Carol Johnson (Doug) of Lucas; his grandchildren, Ashley Van Otterloo (Colton), Carter, Levi Vanden Bos and Malorie Johnson; and his great grandchild Hayden Van Otterloo.

Memorials may be given to The Gideons International, Western Christian High School of Hull, Iowa, or Dakota Christian School of Corsica, South Dakota.
