He was predeceased by: his parents, Judine Olson and Martha Olson (Anderson); and his brother-in-law Jim Strubbe. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Strubbe of Rock Valley; his sister Barb Driessen (Jim) of Pineville, LA; his son Paul Olson (Trish) of Sioux Falls, SD; his grandchildren, Alec Olson of Longmont, CO and Andi Olson of Longmont, CO; his stepgrandchildren, Trevor Schuurmans (Alyssa) of Sioux Falls, SD, Cassie Myers (Nick) of Spearfish, SD and Tad Schuurmans (Mikayla) of Tyndall, SD; his great grandchildren, Kayla and Max; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Layla, Briar, Lettie, Remi and Miles; his stepgrandchildren, Corbin of Yankton, Caryssa of Yankton and Cayden of Yankton; his siblings-in-law, Mark Strubbe (Sue) of Rock Valley, Billie Berner (Ray) of Longmont, CO and Melanie Ranschau of Rock Valley; his close friend Randy Larson of Hawarden; and also, Aaron Olson (Theresa) of Yankton, SD, Chandler Olson of Yankton, Karly Pickett (Mason) of Vermillion, SD and Connor Olson of Yankton. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
