He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrian Oldenkamp and Nellie Oldenkamp (Cannegieter); his wife Johanna Talsma; and his brothers, John, Sidney and Harold.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sandi Oldenkamp of Portland and Garneth Peterson (Brian) of St. Paul, Minnesota; and his grandchildren, Eric, Kirstin and Julia Peterson.
