He is survived by: his children, Ken Mayfield (Kerry), Lisa Driesen (John) and Kerry Williams (Marc); his grandchildren, Justin Shenk, Audra Golson (Justin), Bridgette Brown (Kenny), Jared Driesen, Joe Behr, Rylee Williams and Gracie Williams; and his siblings, Phyllis Mayfield, Linda Weimer and Don Mayfield. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
