He was predeceased by: his former wife Luella Faye Calsbeek (Vlieger); and his siblings, Mariane Gier (Jim), Russell Calsbeek (Karen) and Jerome Calsbeek. He is survived by: his wife Ula Calsbeek (Oosterbaan); his daughters, Leslie Joan Vermaat (Calsbeek) of Endicott, NY, Leah Rae Schipper (Jim) of Grand Rapids, MI and Laurel Beth Petno (David) of Hudson, OH; and his grandchildren, Paige Vermaat, Jayne Vermaat, Joel Schipper, Carlyn Schipper, Kendall Richards (Petno), Braden Petno and Luke Petno.
