He is survived by: his wife Ula Calsbeek (Oosterbaan); his daughters, Leslie Joan Vermaat (Calsbeek) of Endicott, NY, Leah Rae Schipper (Jim) of Grand Rapids, MI and Laurel Beth Petno (David) of Hudson, OH; and his grandchildren, Paige Vermaat, Jayne Vermaat, Joel Schipper, Carlyn Schipper, Kendall Richards (Petno), Braden Petno and Luke Petno.
