He was predeceased by: his parents, William Den and Jeanette Van Den (Van Voorst); his brother Willis Van Den Top; his brother-in-law Rod Dibbet; his nephew Bruce Pollema; and his nieces, Sheila Maassen and Danita Vollink.
He is survived by: his wife Gladys Van Bochove; his children, Megan (Michael) of Rock Valley and Ethan Van Den Top of Rock Valley; his grandchildren, Alexis, Aubrey and Benjamin; his siblings, Betty Pollema (Wilmar), Jane Aning (Bruce), Joyce Maassen (Ron), Judy Dokter (Larry), Gloria Teunissen (Gary), Darlene Maassen (Daryl) and Daryl Van Den (Deb); his sister-in-law Lois Salazar (Ted); and also, Emma Vlastuin, Hank Van Bochove (Jan), Adelene Vanden Berg (Don), Arlis Obbink (Duane), Dennis Van Bochove (Paula) and Rhonda Vande Waerdt (Wayne).
