Donna Mae Schepel Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Mae Schepel of Rock Valley, Iowa, who passed away on July 21, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Veldman and Tena Veldman (Kooima); her husband Alfred Schepel; her parents-in-law, Case and Mina Vermeer; her daughter-in-law Rosa Schepel; her siblings, Hermina Van Ginkel, Henrietta Maassen and Gerald Veldman; her siblings-in-law, Marion Faber, Everett Van Ginkel, John Maassen, Nelson De Jong, Cornelius "Bud" Hoff, Bill Miller and Elaine Terpstra; her nephews, Mark Hoff, Derek Eisma, Robert "Bob" Van Ginkel, John Burgers, David Eisma, Ron Van Ginkel and Roger Maassen; and her niece Jill Hoff.
She is survived by: her children, Gary Schepel (Christina Fisher) of Sioux Falls and Glenda Robbins (Kevin) of Omaha, Nebraska; her grandchildren, Angila Nowka, Brent Schepel (Stacy), Steven Schepel (Samantha), Justin Robbins (Allison) and Rebecca Robbins; her great grandchildren, Michael Nowka, McKenzie Nowka, Madison Schepel, Cameryn Schepel, HallieAnne Schepel and Alyxandra Schepel; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Kennedy and Carson Headrick; her sisters, Betty Jean Eisma (Eugene) of Inwood, Eldora Hoff of Lubbock and Gert De Jong of Rock Valley; her sister-in-law Sherrie Veldman of Rock Valley; her half-brothers, Junior Vermeer (Ruth) of Senoia and Everet Vermeer (Judy) of Rock Valley; and also, Marlene Miller of Rock Valley and Beatrice Vande Stouwe (Allen) of Hull, Iowa. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
