She is survived by: her husband Gene Mayfield; her children, Ken Mayfield (Kerry), Lisa Driesen (John) and Kerry Williams (Marc); and her grandchildren, Justin Shenk (Nicole), Audra Golson (Justin), Bridgette Brown (Kenny), Jared Driesen, Joe Behr, Rylee Williams and Gracie Williams. She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
