She was predeceased by: her husband John Raymond Witte; her parents, Alfred VandeStouwe and Alice VandeStouwe; her siblings, Freeman VandeStouwe (Tillie), Vernon VandeStouwe (Minnie), Robert VandeStouwe (Dottie) and Myona Heerde (Julius); her brother-in-law Vernus Petersen; her niece Noreen Bonestroo; her parents-in-law, John Witte and Bertha Witte; and her siblings-in-law, Marie Witte and Fred Witte.
She is survived by: her children, Raymond Witte (Jan) of Fergus Falls, Charles Witte (Linda) of Wheatland, Barbara Ranschau (David) of Sioux Falls and Teresa Svec (Joe) of Iowa City; and her sister Betty Petersen of Battle Creek. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
