He is survived by: his children, Jeff Vande Vegte (Corrine) of Rock Valley, Norm Vande Vegte (Deb) of Hudson, SD, Lisa Dresch (Mike) of Sioux Falls, SD, Kevin Vande Vegte (Kim) of Le Mars, IA and Marnie Vande Vegte of Edina, MN; his grandchildren, Katie, Daren, Megan, Kyle, Dylan, Drake, Elsa, Jacob, Torrin, Allyson, Ryan, Elliot, Stella and Ollie; his stepgrandsons, Sam and Zach; and his siblings, Loretta Vermeer, Russell Vande Vegte (Helen), Sharon Watson (Doc) and Doug Vande Vegte (Wanda). He is also survived by 15 great grandchildren.
