He was predeceased by: his parents, George Kop and Virginia Vande Kop (Snooks); his parents-in-law, Wayne and Edith Moeller; his brother Gary Vande Kop (Kook); and his brother-in-law George "Chip" Graef.
He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Todd, Heidi Vande Kop (Kille), Shaun Vande Kop, Philip Martin, Bill and Kristin Vande Kop (Smidstra); and his sister-in-law Cathy Graef. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; one grandson-in-law; three great-grandchildren.
