He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry P. Delfs and Anna Delfs (Holmer); his siblings, Peter, Gary, Alvin Delfs, Phyllis Wildeman and Margaret LaFrenze; his grandson Jamison Delfs; and his son-in-law Leonard VandenBosch.
He is survived by: his wife Janice Delfs of Rock Rapids, IA; his children, Debra VandenBosch of Sioux Falls, SD, Kae Warren Sr. (Dave) of Rock Rapids, IA, Darlene VandenHeuval (Randy) of Sioux Falls, SD, Buddy Delfs (Shawn) of Le Mars, IA, Randall Delfs (Jodi) of Hardwick, MN and Rodney Delfs (Sara) of Rock Rapids, IA; and his sister Eunice McCarty (John) of Larchwood, IA. He is also survived by many grandchildren; many great-grandchildren.
