He is survived by: his wife Bernice Forsberg; his sons, Rod (Audrey Kracht) and Jerry (Marty Kracht); his stepchildren, Anita Forsberg of Arkansas, Leroy, Jenette Forsberg of Estherville, IA, Mary, Chris Craven of Rochester, MN, Brenda, Duane Grotz of York, NE, Loren and Karen Forsberg of Dunell, MN; his grandchildren, Becky Scholze (Will) of Humbird, WI, Cherie Kracht of Sioux Falls, SD, Nate Kracht of Rock Rapids, IA, Stacey Kracht of Des Moines, IA and Shelley Huizenga (Cody) of Carlisle, IA; his great grandchildren, Liam, Garrett, Harper and Lyla; his sisters, Albertha Flatberg of Sioux Falls, SD and Henrietta Wirtjes (Lowell) of Brandon, SD; and his brother-in-law Don Veldkamp (Joan) of Springfield, MO.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorial directed to Hospice.
