It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary M. Anderson of Rock Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on November 7, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Peterson and Bernice Peterson (Brown); her husband John Anderson; her son Randy Anderson; and her siblings, Inez Korthals, Audrey Timmerman, Alice Buss, Alvin and Lee Peterson.
She is survived by: her daughters, Rhonda Olson (Lyle) of Steen, MN and Tamara Dillingham (Mark) of Spirit Lake, IA; her grandson Jeremy Olson (Stacy); her great grandchildren, Ashley Tieszen (Eric), Jakob, Rylee and Carly; her granddaughter Erika Thedens (Brad); her great grandchildren, Clay, Zack, Zoe, Hailey Olson and Heather Anderson; her great great grandchild Oaklee Tieszen; her brother Marvin Peterson of Rock Rapids, IA; her sister-in-law Lillian Peterson of Sioux Falls, SD; and also, Devin, Ryan, Meghan Sierck (Dave), Dawson, Gabrielle, Rachel Anderson, Landon Dillingham and Dylan Anderson (Danika). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other extended family.
