She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Growing and Fonda Laird Growing (Robuck); and her siblings, Charles and Susan. She is survived by: her husband Dennis D. Nicholson August; and her sons, Dale (Norene) and Dennis L. (Teresa). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and one great granddaughter, and several nieces and nephews.
