He was predeceased by: his parents, John Reck and Grace Reck (Lupkes); his siblings, Jake, Bill, Ed, Ralph and Tillie Hindt; his parents-in-law, Ralph and Geneva Weerheim; and his sister-in-law Bev Sneller.
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Weerheim (Weerheim); his children, Kris Andera (Blain) of Spirit Lake, IA and Tim Reck (Kristen) of Sioux Falls, SD; his grandchildren, Miranda Wahl (Mike), Cullen Andera (Mari), Gabrielle Reck, Emma Reck, Casey Garza and Jay Garza; his great grandchildren, Makenzie Wahl, Maxton Wahl, Henley Andera and Layton Andera; his sister Lucille Bosch (Art); his siblings-in-law, Evan Sneller, Bob Weerheim (Cheryl), Ronda Arends (Steve) and Pat Weerheim; and also Ed Garza (Sharon) of Grafton, WI. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the family for later designation to: Atlas of Lyon County, Midwest Honor Flight and the Christian Reformed Church.
