He was predeceased by: his parents, Marc and Coba; his wife Marie; his son Donald Postma; and his brother-in-law Garrit DeBruin.
He is survived by: his children, Rod Postma (Joella) of Doon, Janice Den Besten of Rock Rapids, Doug Postma (LaVonne) of Rock Valley, Glenn Postma (Rhonda) of Doon, Dwayne Postma (Sharon) of Rock Rapids, Bud Postma (Kelly) of Madison and Mike Postma of Huron; his daughter-in-law Lorna Postma of Hull; and his siblings, Marlys DeBruin of Rock Rapids and Kenny Postma (Harriet) of Doon. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren.
