He is survived by: his wife Linda Fairchild of Rock Rapids; his sons, Patrick Zech (Jenifer) of Minneapolis, MN and Chas Zech (Esther) of Rock Rapids, IA; his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Kaiden, Miley, Ainsley, Charlotte, Elianna and Lillian; and his siblings, Gwen Bauman of Chippewa Falls, WI, Barbara Wolfe of Poynet, WI, Frederick Zech of Evanston, WY, Ron Zech (Eva) of Brainerd, MN, Dennis Zech of Chippewa Falls and Douglas Zech (Lyuba). He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
In Lieu of Flowers, a memorial fund has been established by the family.
