With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David W. Strassburg of Rock Rapids, Iowa, who passed away on September 16, 2024 at the age of 65. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Strassburg and Delores Strassburg (Schmuck); his granddaughter Iris; his brother Dale; his niece Jessica; and his brothers-in-law, Lee and Paul.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, David Willard Strassburg Jr. of Brookings, Wendy Ranallo (Mike) of Pease, Suzy Jacobsma (Dale) of Hull, Christina Bakker (Jeff) of Hull and Lucas Strassburg of Kenneth, Minnesota; and his grandchildren, Trinity, Brody, Breely, Mallory, Wyatt, David III, Curits, Asher and Jovie.
In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials which will be directed to a charity of their choosing in memory of David.
