He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Miller and Carol Miller; and his sister Marcia Kirchner. He is survived by: his sister Mary Kaye Balacco (Steve); his brother-in-law Joel Kirchner; his nephew Joey Howe; and his niece Nicole Kirchner. He is also survived by his father & friends.
