He is survived by: his wife Dona Carter; his children, Ryan Carter (Liz) and Paula Carter; his grandchildren, Sophia, Roman and Mila Carter; his sisters, Jane Kounkel (Terry) and Ellen Carter; and his parents-in-law, Diane Cox (Larry), Dean Hudek (Phyllis) and Dale Gamache (Jim).
