Max Hocken Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Max Hocken of Robins, Iowa, born in Winthrop, Iowa, who passed away on November 20, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son David Hocken; his parents, Carl Hocken and Mae Hocken (Hearn); his wife Dorothy Hocken; his son Douglas Hocken; his brothers, Merlin, Delmer and Harlan; and also Della Zobeck.
He is survived by: his children, Carol Sue Kinyon (Jim) of Roland, Steve Hocken of Cedar Rapids and Betty Rommann (Dennis) of Casa Grande, Arizona; and his grandchildren, Deborah Littlefield, Dr. Jeff Kinyon (Dorothy), Trent Rommann (Alejandra), Ryan Rommann (Leena), Jenna Netz and Daniel Carl Hocken (Britny). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
