She is survived by: her husband Mike; her children, Lisa Yirkovsky (Bill), Chad Maxfield (Julie) and Jamey Maxfield; her grandchildren, Taylor Marie, Austin, Taylor Michael, Wesley, Rylea, Jack, Owen, Houston and Kaylie; her mother-in-law Marie Maxfield; and her sister-in-law Nancy Maxfield Johnson (Steve). She is also survived by niece, nephews, and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
