He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Cariveau and Gladys Cariveau (Dronen); and his brothers, Mark and Leo Cariveau. He is survived by: his wife Michele Cariveau of Robins; his children, Wiatt Cariveau of Iowa City and Angelia Bensen of Port Washington, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Raymond, Isaac, Nicholas and Ashley; his siblings, Geri Wells (Gary), Nita Matthews, Mary Ann Hentschell, Carmen Miller (Steve), Kermit, Bruce (Carol Snyder), Stewart and Leon Cariveau; his stepmother-in-law Thelma Jacobs; and his brothers-in-law, Mike Jacobs (Cindy) and Wayne Jacobs (Melissa). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
