She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter E. Freeman and Ruth E. Freeman (Salton); her son Robbie; and her siblings, Harry, Marvin, Kenneth, John, Ralph, Beulah Carmichael, Ruthaline Stone and Esther M. Crotty.

She is survived by: her husband Frank Blakley; her children, Rebecca Blakley of Wellman, Jacqueline Blakley of Riverside, Franklin D. Blakley (Lonnett) of Riverside, Roger Blakley (Bev) of Wellman, Mark Blakley of Riverside and Tamara "Tami" Nealson of Washington; her grandchildren, Amber, Amanda (Deven) and Zack; her stepgranddaughters, Betty (Joel), Janice (Michael) and Corinne; and her siblings, Dale A. Freeman (Betty) of Cedar Rapids and Lettie Reitenmeier of Bigelow, Minnesota.. She is also survived by sixteen great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Riverside United Methodist Church in memory of Wanda.
