It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shirley Ann Walker of Riverside, Iowa, who passed away on January 1, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Hora and Frieda Hora (Mullinnix); her grandson Brad Walker; her siblings, Joe Hora, Leo Hora, Frank Hora (Pat), Marjorie Charlier and Rita Stalkfleet; and her siblings-in-law, Rubye Walker, Kenneth Musser and Ray Jones.

She is survived by: her husband Mearle Walker of Riverside; her children, Dennis Walker (Corrine) of Riverside, Dean Walker (Bonnie) of Riverside, Terry Walker (Jill Schnoebelen) of Riverside and Janice Walker McColloch (Eric) of Riverside; her grandchildren, Derek Walker (Nicole Stewart), Jordan Walker, Bonnie Trujillo, Anna Walker (Dustin Ilmberger), Emily Walker, Nick Spurgeon (Aimee Kirkpatrick), Kendra Allen (Jason), Alex McColloch and Danielle McColloch (Xavier Balderas); her sister Mary Jones of Columbus Junction; and her siblings-in-law, Grant Stalkfleet of Muscatine, Monie Hora of Wilton, Mildred Hora of Bennett and Frances Musser of Lone Tree. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.

Memorials may be directed to the Washington County Hospice or the Riverside Elementary Playground Fund in memory of Shirley.
