She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Thomann and Mildred Thomann (Metz); and her brother Stephen Thomann. She is survived by: her significant other Gregg; her daughter Tera Schreiber (Michael Cali); her siblings, Richard Thomann (Delores), Mary K. Mitchell, Michael Thomann (Carol) and Theresa Mapel; her significant other's daughter Michelle Pappone (Dave); and her grandson Micah. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Iowa Chapter of the American Parkinson Disease Association.
