He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Jean Miller; his children, Laurie Jansen (David) of Nichols, IA, Kim Mills (Dave) of Nichols, IA, Renae Fix (Vince) of Nichols, IA, Angie Berns (Neil) of Waukee, IA and Ben Voss of Des Moines, IA; his grandchildren, Carrie, Stephanie, Anthony, Ryan, Shanda, Dakota, Riley and Tate; his great grandchildren, Briston, Blayne, Levi, Rilee, Beckett, Abbot, Callyn, Cooper, Camden, Gracie and Brooklyn; his brother Jim Voss (Susan Jones) of Iowa City, IA; his niece Julie Bergeon (David); his great-niece Cassidy; and his great-nephew Gabe.

Attendees will be expected to wear a mask.
