He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Wayne "Beaner" Gingerich and Marjorie Gingerich; his siblings, Susan Jones (Terry) and Mark Gingerich (Lyn); his siblings-in-law, Angie Steckly (Rodney) and Jerry Crouch; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Deanna and Logan; his siblings, Scott Gingerich and Debra Crouch; and also Paige Grandgeorge (Brad).

A memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in memory of Mike.
