She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Waldschmidt and Shirley Waldschmidt (Wieland); her brother-in-law Al Lowe; and her father-in-law Russell J. Frank. She is survived by: her husband Scott Frank of Riverside; her children, Angela Albers (Andrew) of Brooklyn and Andy Frank (Ashley) of Riverside; her grandchildren, Lane, Finley Frank, Emmitt and Isabella Albers; her siblings, Diane Lowe of Riverside, Nancy Sojka (Greg) of Riverside, Cindy Becker (Don) of North Liberty and Jean Redlinger (Tony) of Tiffin; and her mother-in-law Jean Frank.
A memorial fund has been established for Hospice of Washington County and a fund to be used in Linda's name.
