He was predeceased by: his mother Joann D. Borst (Tipton); and his son Spenser Stoll. He is survived by: his father David L. Cleppe (Connie) of Batavia; his wife Alicia Rock of Riverside; his sons, Tyler Cleppe (Melissa Chayer) of Marion and Donovan Cleppe; his stepfather Dan Borst (Carma) of Cedar Rapids; his brothers, Chad Cleppe (Sandra) of Marion and Todd Holland of Saukville, Wisconsin; his stepbrothers, Brian Borst of San Francisco, Chad Borst (Heidi) of Wilmington and Eric Borst of Marion; and his pets, Snyperz and Babs. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for his son Donovan's education fund.
