Glen Gingerich Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Glen Gingerich of Riverside, Iowa, who passed away on January 17, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Glen Gingerich to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Advin Gingerich and Hattie Gingerich (Ledman); his wife Mary Swolley; and his siblings, Mary Fritz, Linda Zillmer, Leroy, Ralph, Orval and Lawrence Gingerich (Jake).
He is survived by: his daughter Misty Gingerich (Jason Van Voltenburg) of Grinnell, IA; his pet Tippy; and his siblings-in-law, Lowell Zillmer of Marion, IA and Donna Cline of Kentucky. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Peterseim Funeral Home (201 B Ave, Kalona, IA 52247). A graveside service will be held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Sharon Hill Cemetery.
A general memorial fund has been established.
