He was predeceased by: his parents, Cloyd E. Whitlock and Velma J. Whitlock (Younkin). He is survived by: his children, Roger Whitlock (Dora) of Riverside, Jeffery Whitlock (Tonya) of Washington State and Wendy Whitlock of Riverside. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
